After being back in Copenhagen and reunited with my family and friends, I've gained weight. This was the one thing that just couldn't happen!! I now have a month and a half to shed the weight that I've gained PLUS the weight that I wanted to shed before the wedding!!! AArgh I'm going to go back to consistent exercise, no alcohol, A LOT less carbs and lean proteins. I'll also have a few days of weight loss/protein shakes. Wish me luck ;) I'll need it !
