Eyeshadow Palette

Normally, I use MAC products only but I stumbled upon this eyeshadow palette while shopping on Ebay and I couldn't resist. One of my favorite hobbies is doing other people's make up and hair, so this is great for me to have. Two of the best makeup tips are to make sure to always cleanse your skin night and day and be consistent with whichever brand works for you. I think that if you take care of your skin and choose the right foundation, then you have a good basis to work on.

I love finding things - hidden gems in thrift stores. I found this shirt with this cool print and sheer sleeves for 30 DKK, which is the equivalent to 6 US dollars.

Zara - Pastels for Spring and Summer!

Here in Aalborg, there is a major shortage of Zara, Topshop and Urban Outfitters to name but a few. Looking through Zara's website I found these looks that I absolutely ADORE! I miss shopping in Copenhagen.

Tying the Knot: A 2012 Summer Wedding part 1

Joakim and I have been engaged for quite some time now and we wanted to wait with the actual tying of the knot so to speak, until we had the budget for it. We have been saving up and discussed the theme, logistics and all that comes along with planning such an event for months. In 6 weeks I will be moving back to Copenhagen and finally be able to commence the actual doing. Everything has been organized through the internet (which at times has been very handy and helpful), but it can only take us so far.
