It was sooo easy. As I've mentioned before, I'm not a natural homemaker, but it is so much fun - especially when you get good results and a happy husband :D
You don't even have to stress too much about the recipe. It's basically just some yeast that you dissolve in lukewarm water add a pinch of salt and then add flour (whichever kind you prefer - I always use wholewheat) until it's a sticky dough. Let it rise for an hour and then roll out a small handful at a time with flour so it doesn't stick. Then put it on a really hot frying pan for approx. 30 secs and then flip it. Tadaaa!!!
